Alecia Jensen
Alecia Jensen began her career as a graphic designer in the mid 80's. With over 19 years experience she has worked within a diverse background of Advertising, Marketing, and Publishing Industries. The types of Clients are likewise diverse, ranging within Medical, Banking, Fashion and various large Corporate Companies such as TRW and CB Richard Ellis to name a few.
As a Graphic Designer Alecia Jensen has a keen sense for composition, light and color. She has acted as Art Director in Publication Design as well as in Fashion Advertising. This experience provides a strong foundation for Alecia's secondary interest in Photography and Illustration. "The subjects that interest me are ones that convey beauty, inspire and touch the inner child. Landscapes, portraiture, anything organic by nature interests me. If I can capture a moment, and reveal the innocent perception in that experience, I am satisfied. Images like the first time a child has smelled a rose or to see the beauty of an old used up car when you might have previously seen it as junk compels one to stop and look with new eyes, hopefully gaining a new perspective and appreciation for life."
