Summer Memories
As an artist, Nancy's paintings reflect her fascination with color, texture and contrast in a natural setting. Her goal is to capture the moment, the mood, and inspiration and pass it on to her viewers.
In 1976 Nancy graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Art Education and has been teaching adults and children since that time. As an art instructor her goals are to inspire her students and teach the skills they can use to develop their own style.
She teaches classes in watercolor called "watercolor with and without a brush" in the Longmont Recreation Program/ Fall and Spring classes. Her course features techniques to create textures in paintings.
